Knorke - Releases

First release in the Nextcloud App Store. Updating from 0.3.0 runs one database migration (a new table for templates); existing boards keep every item and take the new look.

Added

• New look throughout: two islands instead of the top bar, a compact tool bar, one context bar in a fixed order with a colour panel, a session bar for timer, vote and presenting, a board list of cards with pictures, new notes, shapes, connectors, frames with a title tab, and a new app icon.
• Markdown in notes, shapes, text items and table cells: bold, italic, strikethrough, code, lists and links, with B, I, S and a list button while writing.
• Diagrams: mind maps, org charts and trees; swimlanes with lanes, columns and groups; tables; a shapes panel with flowchart, BPMN 2.0 and symbol libraries; own shape libraries from SVG and draw.io; elbow connectors that run around items; export as BPMN.
• AI through Nextcloud's own AI provider (optional, switchable per board and for the whole instance): summaries and clustering of notes, and mind maps, org charts, trees, flowcharts and workshops from a prompt.
• Workshops: private writing with a reveal, frames as slides, comments, emoji reactions, tags, a laser pointer, a live vote count for facilitators and votes for signed-in accounts only.
• Templates: built-in templates, "New board" with a template, and templates suggested by users and adopted by administrators.
• Pen, highlighter and eraser; note pads; a frame around a selection; a board as an outline; search on the board; favorites in the board list.
• Export as PNG, SVG, PDF and CSV, a board as a .knorke file, CSV import and pasting cells from spreadsheets.
• Boards in link previews, the Smart Picker and a team's resources.

Changed

• The administration page "Knorke" has collapsible sections and one save bar.
• Zoom up to 1000 %, the mouse wheel zooms, right-drag and the pen's side button pan.
• Undo keeps other people's changes, also for tags.
• Boards open faster.

Fixed

• Many fixes, among them lost votes in two tabs, text cut off in notes and shapes, and the BPMN export with a pool and a loose shape.

Security

• Boards of disabled accounts are closed like their files, presence data is limited in size, and accounts deleted while the app was off are cleaned up completely.
