Nextcloud calendars and contacts can be synchronized with iOS and MacOS systems as CardDav and CalDav accounts. Configuring those accounts is fairly simple and can be done in the main system settings.

Once the configuration is done, all calendars will be accessible in Apple Calendar app. Contacts will be visible in Apple Contacts app. You can then make changes from those apps on your devices or from the Nextcloud web interface. Calendars and contacts will be synchronized in both directions.

Find out how to configure your devices in the official documentation:

Nextcloud does not supporting the syncing of groups of contacts with macOS and iOS. Otherwise, the calendar and contacts apps work fine.
